A key engineer is heading to the UK. This creates an exciting opportunity for a mechanical engineer with a passion for quality, innovation, and mentoring. This role is a satisfying mix of leadership, hands-on engineering and coaching. You will provide technical leadership, share your knowledge, and look for opportunities to innovate and improve.
Our current Lead (mechanical) also works across hydraulics and fire protection and is closely involved in ESD. Our key priority is mechanical but experience in hydraulics and other services would be a distinct advantage. Enthusiasm for expanding and diversifying your skills will be strongly encouraged.
This is a perfect role for an engineer’s engineer who is curious, focused on the detail but sees the big picture. You will enjoy making a BIG difference and have strong communication skills.
You will oversee documentation and quality improvements and ensure your team has the technical support to excel. Undertaking your own designs and reviewing the designs of other engineers you will problem-solve and troubleshoot on all things technical.
