The refurbishment of this 12-storey apartment and commercial building in Khyber Pass was commissioned by Lamont & Co and architecturally designed by the award-winning Cheshire Architects. Originally a 1970s office tower, the building has been reconfigured to create a community of 112 luxury apartments.
This adaptive transformation celebrates the concrete mass of the original, solidly built historic structure and includes large, sheltered outdoor living spaces and high-performance floor-to-ceiling windows.
