The building has an architecturally striking facade, incorporating aluminium angle elements reminiscent of Te Koranga – shark drying scaffolds historically used in this location. There is a large central atrium extending through all levels providing natural daylight to the central areas and access to and from the lifts. The suspended walk-bridges have been architecturally designed to activate the atrium and create movements within the office.
