Our experienced and design-focused client demanded a high quality outcome for this boutique apartment building located on the Great North Road ridgeline in Grey Lynn.

A concealed ventilation system was designed for all apartments so as not to damage aesthetics, whilst close attention to plumbing and glazing details facilitated efficient inter-tenancy noise reduction. Double glazing and laminates were used, to exceed acoustic and thermal standards, along with energy efficient LED lighting for cost-savings.
