The project was for a new sigle level 60 bed care facility with a hospital and dementia care unit located at 414 Swarbrick Drive, Te Awamutu. The unusual building shape with multiple arms called for a complex design which would need ot accomodate an array of different water systems to ensure balanced water pressure and delivery (i.e: underfloor heating, sprinkler supply, and hot and cold water reticulation).
