The building’s unique shape, with multiple arms, required a complex design to accommodate various water systems. These systems ensure balanced water pressure and delivery for underfloor heating, sprinkler supply, and hot and cold water reticulation. Residents benefit from beautiful garden surroundings, bright and cozy living and dining areas, and top-quality care.
