The Mackelvie Street project is a mixed-use development that includes retail, commercial, and hospitality tenancies. Located in the chic shopping precinct of Ponsonby Road, Auckland, the building respects the scale and proportion of the adjacent Victorian row shops. By introducing additional retail frontages, new laneways, and courtyards, the development successfully activated the rear of the existing heritage buildings, contributing significantly to the area’s regeneration.
