Te Koranga is a premium office building with a 5 Green Star rating, located on Sale Street in Auckland’s CBD. The building features an architecturally striking facade with aluminium angle elements that evoke the traditional Te Koranga shark drying scaffolds, historically used in this area. A large central atrium extends through all levels, providing natural daylight to the central areas and easy access to and from the lifts. Architecturally designed suspended walk-bridges activate the atrium, creating dynamic movement within the office space.
