Stage One of the Onehunga FABRIC apartments consists of three, four-storey buildings accommodating 161 apartments. The development is centred around a large common green space, with all buildings connected underground via basement car-parking. The site’s heritage and its location between Onehunga’s industrial and residential areas are referenced through the industrial saw-tooth roof forms and materials such as steel and concrete, softened with timber accents and landscaping.
