The development features 488 fully furnished single-room apartments with shared bathroom amenities and self-catered kitchens. The building is situated on a narrow, steep site between Anzac Avenue and Beach Road, addressing both the University campus and the city’s waterfront. The design responds to the site’s configuration and topography, featuring double and triple-height communal spaces that allow views through the building to the harbour. Architecturally, the building’s function as student accommodation is evident from the exterior, with a distinct facade treatment that includes pre-cast concrete panels and an intricate colour scheme. A generous communal roof terrace opens over the lower tower roof, enhancing the communal living experience.
