The Westhaven Marine Village is a uniquely designed commercial building located along the waters of Westhaven Promenade in Auckland. Inspired by the area’s marine industrial heritage, its rhythmic roof forms evoke nautical imagery, such as yachts’ sails and cresting waves. The building is constructed with durable materials to withstand the harsh marine environment and features exposed steel interiors for an industrial aesthetic.

The development consists of two blocks with dual access, engaging the public through eastern glazing and a wide new promenade. Fully tenanted upon completion, the Greenstar performance-rated building offers flexible spaces for marine and hospitality businesses. The site includes landscaping and parking to accommodate both boaters and visitors, contributing to Eke Panuku’s broader development of the Westhaven Marina area.
